l); managing an extensive team of marketing personnel at Sierra; and creating and launching consumer products at Procter & Gamble. Dianna has also managed the business process (and employee turmoil) associated with making acquisitions; being acquired; and downsizing.

Dianna left the hi-tech industry in 2001, eager to begin a new career. Further intensive study, including an exploration of professional creative writing, led to the launch of Inspired Leap Consulting Inc. Dianna relocated her business to Austin in 2004.

A native of southern California, Dianna holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Active in the Austin community, Dianna is a member of the Metropolitan Breakfast Club, the Women's Chamber of Texas, eWomenNetwork, and the American Creativity Association. She is also a supporter of the Long Center for the Performing Arts.

When not helping people generate aha’s, she’s playing with her beloved dog, Forest, or watching her USC Trojan football team (Go Trojans!).
