Most of the emphasis in the workplace is on using the logical, analytical, reasoning mind (left brain), but it is the intuitive, emotional mind (right brain) that is the source of Aha! Moments, breakthrough ideas, and creative solutions. And to ultimately deliver ideas and solutions that will “stick,” leaders need to operate from their Wise Mind (a blend of both rational and intuitive thinking).
Using fun exercises and tools that attendees can later use on their own, participants will realize that it’s far easier than they thought to move into their intuitive mind to achieve a creative breakthrough or aha! moment, lead innovative thinking within an organization, or solve a challenging problem.
Developing and strengthening creative abilities will result in confidence in leading any creative or innovative endeavor, more work completed in less time and more joy in doing the work. This workshop will show participants how to make this a reality, even in times of high stress.
